There are many hindrances to prayer. Time, energy, motivation and experience are all things that keep us from praying as much as we should. What are some of your "excuses" for not praying more? What can you do about them?
Whew, you do ask hard questions! One's that are really a confession & who really likes to publically confess when you are doing wrong?
For me time is probably the highest on my list of excuses & it is directly related to procrastination. I guess what I'm saying is not so much that it's lack of time as it is lack of motivation or doing things that aren't as important as my time with God.
In answer to your last question, I'm working on new wallpaper that will serve as a reminder to be in constant prayer.
Thanks Dewey for the inspiration you have been sending forth this month. Can't wait to hear next week's sermon!

After reading the comment from Pigeon River, I felt compelled to add my own; I also greatly appreciate your messages on prayer.
I believe you are delivering exactly what we need to hear.
We have no excuses left. Now it is up to us to live the lives God desires for us, talking to Him, praising Him, telling Him everything and always seeking His presence.
